Cook 100g dried rice noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry 100 g shrimps and 100 g dried tofu. Scramble an egg and add with 80 g Pad Thai Sauce. Add the prepared noodles. Stir-fry until cooked. Add 100 g bean sprouts and chives, cut into pieces. Cook for another minute. Make 2 servings and sprinkle with 20 g chopped peanuts.
