Heat a skillet and add 200 ml coconut milk together with the green curry paste. Add 200 g sliced beef or chicken and stir-fry until done. Add 240 ml water. Bring to the boil. Add 100 g vegetables with 3 g dried spices. Cook until tender. Serve with cooked rice. Tip: For tastier, creamier and thicker curry, substitute water for coconut milk or milk.
