Thaise Curry
Thai curry refers to a family of curry dishes built around curry pastes, herbs, aromatics and often coconut milk. Compared with many Indian-style curries, Thai curries are especially known for freshness, chili heat, herbs and the balancing of sweet, salty, sour and spicy notes.
